Lauren Dufault is a stand-up comedian and actor known for her bold voice, quick wit, and dynamic, high-energy stage presence. Blending sharp storytelling with physical comedy, she delivers performances that are unapologetically real, playful, and impossible to ignore.

Her performing experience ranges from hosting Denver Oktoberfest to sharing the stage with comedians including Jessica Kirson, Samuel Comroe, Steven Ho, Jack Assadourian Jr., Ed Bassmaster, Guy Torry, Pablo Francisco, and Bob Saget, whom she has also featured for. She has performed at festivals such as FOCO FX Festival and Longmont Laughfest, and was recently named a finalist in Best of Tampa Bay for Stand Up Comedy.

A former Division 1 swimmer turned performer, Lauren brings intensity, discipline, and just enough chaos to keep audiences locked in. She is the producer behind Disco Cat Comedy in St. Petersburg, FL.

With training in acting and improvisation and on-camera experience, including appearances on HBO’s Florida Man and commercial work, Lauren moves seamlessly between stage and screen. Whether performing live or on camera, her work is grounded in authenticity, physicality, and a fearless point of view that sticks with audiences long after the set ends.
